Job summary

Opella is seeking a P2P Lead in the United States (Morristown, NJ or Chattanooga, TN) to drive Source to Pay excellence across North America. You will design, rollout and govern regional processes, mentor teams and push for simplification and efficiency.

You will influence across Procurement, Legal, Finance and Supply Chain, ensure SOX compliance, and partner with Digital teams to embed automation and AI for measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar required.
• 7+ years and P2P process experience.
• Ability to influence in a context of high resistance to change.
• Ability to understand and simplify complex processes with UX approach.
• High level of interpersonal/communication skills with ability to communicate at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Designs/adherence of processes at NA / country level, managing deviations and alignment with support functions.
• Strategic design of global Source 2 Pay and Travel & Expense processes and roll-out of S2V projects.
• Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships for NA countries (USA and Canada) and drives standardization of processes.
• Streamlines S2V processes by connecting end users with process owners and gathering best practices.
• Ensures Compliance and Internal Control/SOX standards are met for the countries involved.
• Drives end-to-end simplification and UX improvements across S2V processes for NA, aligning with global standards.
• Leverages digital, automation and AI opportunities to improve adoption, reduce friction and deliver productivity benefits.

Main Responsibilities

• Supports the process vision, strategy and objectives done at Regional Level and will be responsible for designing/adherence of processes at NA / country level, managing deviations, and alignment with relevant support functions.
• Strategic design of global Source 2 Pay and Travel & Expense processes and will contribute to the roll out of new S2V global/regional/local projects within his/her perimeter as part of continuous improvement journey including Change Management activities.
• Builds and maintains stakeholder relationships for NA countries (USA and Canada) and drive standardization of processes to identify functional and cross functional improvements and harmonization.
• Streamlines the S2V processes by connecting end users with process owners (Procurement, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, ICP...). Gathers and applies best practices to process and supports S2V Partners/Specialist for designing/adherence of processes at local level, managing deviations, and alignment with relevant support functions.
• Ensures Compliance and Internal Control/ SOX standards are met for the countries under his/her scope.
• Drives end-to-end simplification and user experience improvements across S2V process for NA, ensuring alignment with global standards while enabling business flexibility where required.
• Leverages digital, automation and AI opportunities in partnership with Digital teams to reinvent S2V processes, improve adoption, reduce friction and deliver measurable productivity, cycle time and accuracy benefits.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar required.
• 7+ years and P2P process experience.
• Ability to influence in a context of high resistance to change. High level of energy, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to understand and simplify complex processes with UX approach.
• High level of interpersonal/ communication skills with an ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization.
• Prior experience of working in a global and/or regional environment.

The salary range for this position is: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00

All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
