The Role We Want You For

We are looking for an experienced Procore Application Support Engineer to join our team based in St. Louis, MO. This individual will play a key role in the design, configuration, and administration of our Procore platform during and after our PMIS system transition. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of Procore, understands system integrations, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

The Specifics of the Role

• Understand Clayco's processes, policies, and technologies interacting with Procore
• Participate in system design sprints to align the implementation with best practices and business needs
• Configure and set up the Procore system with guidance from Procore's remote administration team
• Assist in system testing and support future-state system enhancements tracking
• Serve as the primary administrator for Clayco’s Procore platform
• Maintain data integrity across enterprise and project levels
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Procore Support as needed
• Design and improve system workflows to support project oversight
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to identify workflow gaps and deliver tailored solutions
• Monitor performance and recommend enhancements
• Deliver training and provide ongoing support to users
• Create user guides, documentation, and training materials
• Offer one-on-one guidance as needed
• Generate and refine reports to monitor budgets, schedules, and tool usage
• Work with various departments to provide actionable insights through reporting
• Collaborate across teams to align system functionality with company goals
• Act as liaison between Procore and other business systems
• Stay informed on Procore updates and industry trends
• Identify and implement system enhancements and automation opportunities
• Manage and prioritize feedback-driven improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Procore experience at a superuser level
• Experience creating and managing Procore workflows
• Strong technical understanding of Procore configuration and system integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train users
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Procore Certification or equivalent
• Experience in construction or project management, preferably on large-scale projects
• Knowledge of integrations with systems like CRM, JDE, and Textura
• Familiarity with managing multiple Procore instances
• Awareness of industry best practices and trends in construction tech
