Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Formulations Processor II for a 12-hour night shift in Greenwood, SC. You will blend ingredients into master batches, monitor process indicators, and ensure product quality while adhering to GMP standards.

The role requires basic math skills, precision weighing, and the ability to perform documentation and record-keeping. This position offers exposure to a safety-focused manufacturing environment and opportunities to contribute to life sciences production.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work with percentages, decimals, fractions, and related calculations.
• Skill in using precision weighing and measuring equipment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and process monitoring.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work extended hours and variable shifts as business needs require.
• Ability to meet safety, quality, attendance, and productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Blend defined ingredients into master batches following strict specifications.
• Monitor process indicators and take immediate action when deviations occur.
• Use statistical controls, inspections, and sampling to ensure product quality.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance.
• Complete accurate production and batch records as required.
• Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
• Support and back up other Formulations Processors as needed.
