McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Processor in Lakewood, WA. The role involves processing and tracking products, labeling items, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Compensation includes an hourly pay rate with a shift differential and comprehensive benefits after the introductory period. Candidates must be at least 18, with a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in daily duties.

• Count, scan, and input item label information into the system.

• Process product through the inventory tracking system.
• Record, document, and dispose of damaged product per procedure.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and product or equipment damage.

Benefits You Can Count On

• Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour.
• $0.40 shift differential.
• Tuesday to Saturday 1:30 p.m. start time.
• Monday to Friday 9:00 p.m. start time.

What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Processor

• Count, scan, and input item label information into a computerized system.
• Sort and stack totes; shrink-wrap pallets as needed.
• Transport product and totes to their designated locations.
• Process product through the inventory tracking system.
• Record, document, and destroy damaged product.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications You’ll Bring As a Warehouse Teammate

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
