Shifts are Tue–Sat, 3:00pm–11:30pm. Responsibilities include using trimming/sorting machines, logging weights, sampling for tests, and maintaining sanitary conditions across the line.

The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in an operation that adheres to strict health and safety policies and procedures. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience working in a food production or similar manufacturing environment.
