Job summary

Kettering Health Washington Township in Centerville is seeking a full-time Sterilization Technician to support the operating room by decontaminating and sterilizing instruments and equipment. The role involves assembling instrument trays and preparing supplies for surgery, with training on STERRAD, steam, and ethylene oxide sterilizers.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a certification within 12 months of hire.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Previous related experience and certification strongly preferred.

• Performs basic computer functions using a Windows based system as needed.
