Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follows all work instructions and SOPs, as well as Best Bev policies, GMPs and safety rules.
• Accurately verifies and weighs all raw materials and closely monitors product blending and transfer.
• Monitors and tests product/batch quality and ensures specifications per internal, customer and regulatory standards.
• Maintains positive workflow by monitoring process steps and ensuring production runs smoothly.
• Communicates with Production Supervisors, Line Operators and Quality Technicians to ensure interdepartmental transfer.
• Monitors equipment and reports faults and breakdowns to supervisor and production engineers.
• Performs visual inspections, records data, and reports material defects promptly.
• Maintains a clean and safe production area.
• Identifies areas for production improvements or increases.
