Job summary

Lockwood Packing Company in Lockwood, MO is hiring dependable team members for our Raw Production Department as Processing Team Members. You will weigh, batch, grind, and mix ingredients to prepare snack stick products in a safe manufacturing environment.

No food manufacturing experience is required; on‑the‑job training is provided. This full-time role features a typical schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week and a benefits package including health, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or meat processing experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stage raw materials and ingredients.
• Weigh spices and ingredients using approved recipes.
• Operate grinders, mixers, blenders, and other food processing equipment.
• Grind, batch, and mix products according to production schedules.
• Load ingredients into processing equipment.
• Stage finished batches for the next step in production.
• Complete production records and inventory documentation.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
