Job Summary

The Production Supervisor oversees the processing team, ensuring daily responsibilities are completed in compliance with PharmaLink’s SOPs and Quality Programs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily processing workflow.
  • Assign work to processors and packers.
  • Lead all processing staff reporting to this position.
  • Coordinate schedules and overtime with management approval.
  • Assist in creating and revising SOPs.
  • Train personnel and maintain training programs.
  • Ensure KPIs are met and reported.
  • Work with Quality Specialists to keep SOPs and training current.
  • Promote lean manufacturing practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain equipment and order supplies.
  • Monitor employee clock-ins/outs and report absences.
  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years’ supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills: data entry, Word, Outlook.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and capable within the Processing Department.
  • Excellent training skills.
  • Positive attitude in a high-performance team environment.
  • Availability for overtime, including weekends.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
  • Adaptable and flexible with a diverse workforce.
