Job summary

A Day in the Life

As our Processing Shift Leader reporting to the Processing Manager, you will act as the dynamic frontline leader for bulk-processing operations, guiding your shift to secure right-first-time bulk availability.

We currently have multiple shifts available.

Your mission will include:

• An experienced supervisor with a background in manufacturing environments.
• A candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical skills in safety and quality standards, process troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent, adaptive communication and people development skills.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and digital tools (MS Office).
