Norfolk Iron in Durant, IA is seeking an entry-level machine operator for a 4‑day, 10‑hour shift (Mon-Thurs 5am–3pm). No experience required—we train you to operate flat lasers, tube lasers, press brakes, saws, and plasma tables while reading blueprints and solving problems with the team.
