Job summary

Allyant in New York, NY is seeking a Processing Specialist to produce alternate format documents for the blind and partially sighted community using Allyant software and to code documents daily. You will support other departments as needed and ensure tasks align with SLAs and quality standards.

The role emphasizes accurate processing, timely reconciliation, reporting, and collaboration with the Production team. Training in Braille may be pursued as part of growth within US Operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Braille would be an asset.
• Proficient with basic office software and computers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Process customer documents and statements using Allyant software for conversion to alternate formats.
• Code documents daily using Allyant software and support QA processes.
• Ensure accurate production and timely delivery to Production for printing.
