Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an onsite Processing Machine Operator for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. The role reports to Production Supervisor and pays $19.00/hr with a Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm schedule.

In this safety-sensitive position, you will operate shredders and grinders, support compounding equipment, and contribute to sustainable waste processing while upholding Triumvirate’s health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Operate large precision shop machinery.
• Strong aptitude in problem solving and process improvement.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and label different types of material properly.
• Use basic and power hand tools to remove unwanted metal and plastic from recycled plastics.
• Help drive sustainability by sorting different types of plastic for extrusion.
