SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. Responsibilities include overseeing production processes, record keeping, line maintenance, staffing, ensuring USDA inspections, promoting safety, managing inventory, and communicating company policies. The role also involves team leadership, training, and problem-solving in processing operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma (additional education preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Supervisory experience
• Travel: 1-5 trips/year
