Job summary

Verrus, LLC is seeking a Processing Maintenance Manager to own maintenance across the processing facility during ramp-up at its Northern Idaho mine. The role focuses on strengthening maintenance systems, reliability, work management and team capability as production increases.

You will lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and KPI development, manage contractors, develop budgets, and partner with Operations, Engineering and site leadership to maximise plant availability and safe, sustainable

Qualifications

• Extensive fixed plant or mineral processing maintenance experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong experience with grinding circuits, mills, crushers, conveyors, pumps.
• Experience in maintenance leadership roles (Maintenance Manager/Superintendent).
• Experience with commissioning, ramp ups, production startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across the processing plant and fixed infrastructure.
• Improve maintenance strategy through ramp up to steady production.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Plan, schedule, and readiness for planned shutdowns.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across plant equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop maintenance procedures and spare part strategies.
• Lead and develop the maintenance organization and contractor capability.
• Establish KPIs around availability, reliability, backlog, schedule, cost.
