Job summary

Taylor Shellfish Farms is seeking a Maintenance Shop Manager to lead repairs and preventive maintenance across locations, directing a team of technicians and managing projects. You will use CMMS to schedule work, track costs, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with leadership on budgets and priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in shop management with marine diesel and heavy equipment maintenance, plus formal technical training or an apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of shop management experience preferred.
• 5+ years in marine diesel and heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
• Valid WA Driver’s License required.”
• Boat operators card or ability to obtain preferred.
• Formal technical training or apprenticeship recommended.

Responsibilities
