Job description

Tippecanoe County Public Library seeks an adaptable and detail-oriented individual to join the staff at the Holman Branch. The successful candidate will provide support in the library’s Technical Services Department (TSD), performing physical material processing and quality control for the library system. The Processing Leader will do labeling, repackaging, mending, and RFID activation of library items. They are also responsible for maintaining supply inventory and may assist with cataloging or acquisitions tasks as needed. A solid work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must. The position requires good manual dexterity and a tolerance for repetitive tasks.

This is a 40-hour, year-round position. TSD hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. High school diploma or equivalent required.Some library experience preferred. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant work experience and skills $17.50-$19.50/hour with paid leave and competitive benefits.
