• Set up on coming shift for a successful run.

Essential Functions

• Must effectively direct the actions of other crew members and communicate with all supervisors and managers
• Uphold quality, safety and sanitation standards throughout the company.
• Ensure that all required maintenance is performed or properly elevated to ensure future maintenance
• Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations
• Address training concerns of operations techs and leadership
• Address equipment concerns aggressively as to minimize downtime
• Set up on coming shift for a successful run
• Expected to perform any duties necessary to support team
• Conduct maintenance activities where required such as valve PMs, broken seal resealing and 90 day resealing
• Monitor equipment for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements
• Work overtime when needed
• Attend trainings when needed
• All tasks performed by a supervisor with the exception of official discipline actives in preparation of covering for supervisor time off
• Tasks as assigned by the HP Hood leadership team

SQF Requirements

• Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner
• Report food safety problems to personal with authority to initiate action
• Ensure all programs are being upheld and dehumanization is current
• Maintaining food safety and quality CCP verification

Coverage

• Must be proficient in operations of all equipment in assigned work area and step in where needed at any time.

Education And Experience

• Hight school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate computer skills (IE Microsoft Office)

Physical Requirements

• Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 12+ hours)

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

The pay range for this position is

$34.79 - $36.17 USD
