Job summary

Aqore in Jerome, ID is hiring a Processing Helper to support daily production tasks, weighing, mixing, feeding and blending ingredients into machines.

You will package finished products, sanitize equipment, track ingredients, and collaborate with Quality to ensure GMP compliance. Swing shift 2:30 pm–1:00 am, Monday–Thursday with some Fridays.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, pass background and drug screens, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 10 hours.

Qualifications

• Processing Helper experience preferred.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or process technician role.
• Strong understanding of GMP and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with production equipment and quality control processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Able to stand and work 10 hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process-related issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Manage continuous improvement projects to ensure alignment from all departments and timely implementation ..

Collaborate with Quality to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste..
