Job summary

Williams is seeking a Processing Facility and Controls Engineer I-III to support safe operation, reliability, and product specs. You will interact with Operations and Maintenance to optimize facility processes and alarm management, while leading small-scale capital projects and contributing to enterprise initiatives within the Tech Services team.

Required a Bachelor’s in engineering (ABET) or related field with a PE license and 4+ years in natural gas or petrochemical settings; FE certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an ABET accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology with P.E. license; 4+ years in natural gas or petrochemical engineering.
• Candidates from varied backgrounds may be considered depending on alignment with skills and growth potential.
• FE Certification preferred may enhance candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately difficult assignments with technical evaluation and judgement.
• Works independently on mid-sized projects supporting operations.
• Maintains understanding of industry and operational requirements.
• Ensures safety requirements and company policies are followed.
• Prepares presentations and interprets customer needs.
• Collaborates across teams to meet training and improvement goals.
• Leads and participates in capital expansion and improvement projects.
