About the Job

Twenty First Services is a family-owned, regional insurance inspection firm founded in 1980. We provide personal and commercial lines inspections for carriers and MGAs, including underwriting information, loss prevention, safety measures, mitigation reporting, safety suggestions, loss controls, and property valuations. Our services help insurance carriers reduce losses and loss ratios.

We are seeking a full-time Processing/Communication Assistant to join our Texas team. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, with strong communication skills. Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required; all training is provided. This entry-level position pays $17 per hour, with 10 days PTO. The role is remote, preferably in the Greensboro, NC area. We promote from within based on performance.

Responsibilities

1. Process incoming inspection reports submitted by field staff in Texas.
2. Communicate effectively with field staff and clients to facilitate information flow.
3. Contact trouble accounts and insurance agents regarding accounts.

Skills Needed

1. Analytical and detail-oriented for reviewing reports.
2. Strong written communication skills for composing, proofreading, and editing documents.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills to build confidence with staff and clients.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Reliable with a consistent schedule to support team planning.

Team Collaboration

You will primarily work with the Texas team, field staff, and clients.
