St. Vincent de Paul in Madison, WI is seeking a Full-Time, non-exempt Team Member for the Home Essentials department. Starting pay is $18.62/hour with a raise to $19.39 at six months, on a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule (7:00am–5:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Check items for quality and resale-ability.
• Maintain production quotas in Home Essentials workstations; presort, price, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
• Keep work area and Processing Center clean; perform cleaning duties.
• Complete training modules to stay compliant with Safeguarding Policy.
• Report safety concerns and supply needs to management.
• Foster equity and inclusion across diverse groups within the organization.
