GENERAL SUMMARY

Operate and perform duties of Processing machines positions in Crackers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate forklift and complete utility driver cracker bin inventory duties. May also be trained to set up, adjust and operate processing machines such as mixer, laminator, oven, and scaler.
• Rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires; may be scheduled to cover Utility driver.
• Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules.
• Overtime and weekend work will be required. Support and participate in preventive maintenance program.
• Heavy lifting will be required. Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs.
• Swing Shift.
• Applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the role.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

• Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Must have forklift experience.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $22.65 plus shift differential. Individual base pay depends on work location and other factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
