• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technological enablers (e.g., Data, AI, Cloud, predictive analytics)

• Fluent speaking and writing English
• Potential backgrounds: Chief Enterprise Architect, Senior Data Scientist, ICT Program Director, or other senior ICT strategy roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process analysis and the design of ICT solutions.
• Define and propose the most effective architecture and approach for convergence and simplification across Stellantis Purchasing & Supply Chain.
• Leader transformation initiatives, integrating AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making.
• Engage with Business and ICT stakeholders and lead large cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accountability and ownership throughout the transformation journey.
• Work on-site in HQ in Auburn Hills, MI, five days a week.

This role will lead end-to-end process analysis and the design of related ICT solutions, with the goal of defining and proposing the most effective architecture and approach to drive convergence and simplification across the complex ecosystem of Stellantis Purchasing & Supply Chain. The candidate will also play a key role in leading the transformation journey, integrating AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance decision-making and unlock business value. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven expertise in process analysis and ICT architecture design
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both Business and ICT stakeholders and to lead large cross-functional teams
• A high sense of accountability and ownership
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and technological enablers (e.g., Data, AI, Cloud, predictive analytics)
• An open, forward-looking, and strategic mindset (capable of anticipating future trends and challenges)

This role is based in Auburn Hills, MI and is required to be on-site in our HQ building 5 days per week.
