Process Transformation Consultant

The Process Transformation Consultant will work in a team of process improvement experts with accountability for delivering on a broad range of projects, varying in risk, size, and complexity, while aligning to business strategies. The role involves supporting business results and promoting awareness of Process Improvement/Transformation methodologies across the Bank.

The Enterprise Change and Project Management Office (ECPMO) is a centralized function that drives strategic alignment, governance, and delivery excellence across enterprise-wide initiatives, enabling effective change management, project execution, and realization of business value.

  • The Process Transformation Consultant will support the design and management of enterprise process standards, develop training curricula for Business Process Management (BPM) solutions, and coordinate the cleanup and upload of existing process artifacts into new standards and tools.
Position Responsibilities:
Enterprise Process Standards / Guidelines
  • Create and design process artifact guidelines and standards.
  • Establish a review process (QA/QC) for proactive enforcement of standards.
  • Support creation of executive communication documents to share progress and findings.
  • Collaborate with Lines of Business (LOB) to reinforce process standards.
Training Support for BPM Solution
  • Design training curricula for new process standards and BPM tools.
  • Create communication and support models for training needs.
  • Coordinate with the Process Transformation Governance Team.
  • Work with LOBs/support functions during BPM deployment.
Ongoing Process Artifact Support
  • Ensure existing artifacts comply with new standards.
  • Lead efforts with vendors to convert/upload artifacts into the BPM system.
Execution and Monitoring
  • Engage with BPM vendors to incorporate latest features into training.
  • Monitor training needs and support as needed.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize solutions and promote adoption.
Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with enterprise business process management solutions (e.g., Pega, Bizagi, etc.) and system implementation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests and deliver results.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
  • Preferred: experience in banking/financial services, Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Work Schedule: Category C - Days in the office will vary from 2-5 days/week. Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Position includes onsite and remote work.
