Job summary

Randstad Digital in New York, New York is seeking a Process Analyst to join the Business Transformation team on a contract basis. You will work with internal clients and lead process migration and re-engineering projects, with autonomy and a focus on measurable improvements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of BPM and Lean/Six Sigma, and the ability to document requirements, facilitate training, and support implemented solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; six years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with process improvement and BPM in wealth management or related field.
  • No licenses or certifications required.

Responsibilities

  • Work hands-on with internal clients and stakeholders to understand business policies, processes, controls, and procedures
  • Gather process information through interviews, observations, surveys, and workshops
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Capture and analyze process data to identify problems and establish baseline metrics
  • Propose recommendations for process improvement by leveraging Lean and Six Sigma
  • Document business and technical requirements for desired process solutions
  • Facilitate and participate in user testing to ensure process solutions are accurate and stable
  • Lead in preparing and delivering user training for process solutions
  • Provide ongoing support for implemented solutions, including maintenance and enhancements
