Job summary

The Process Training Specialist at IES is a key member of the Systems Development and Implementation team, focusing on documentation, training, and onboarding for ERP and automation projects. You will collaborate with developers and end users to streamline MS Dynamics 365 implementations, reporting issues and capturing solutions.

Travel up to 25% across US locations and flexible scheduling in multiple time zones will be required as you support field, office and executive teams with training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Technology or related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems implementation and/or training and development
• Expert knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train field, office and executive teams using a variety of adult learning methods
• Available to travel to various US locations up to 25% of the work week
• Flexibility to work in varied US time zones as needed

A successful candidate has an in-depth process improvement history and experience in accounting systems documentation and training. Must be able to work collaboratively with development team members as well as end users in onboarding business segments to automated processes.
