• Proficiency in applying AI technologies such as Copilot, Claude, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage semiconductor equipment, perform technical evaluations, and partner with cross-functional teams to monitor, stabilize, and improve wafer fabrication processes.
• Work with engineering teams to improve workstations and apply structured troubleshooting and customer concern paths for process or equipment issues.
• Monitor process indicators (e.g., SPC charts, dashboards, alarms) to identify unusual situations and take appropriate action using tools such as Microsoft Office.
• Communicate clearly, handle time optimally, and follow procedures with minimal direction.
• Collect, review, and document production and process data using computer-based systems to support output, quality, and traceability.
• Conduct technical experiments, run process tests, and prepare data visualizations to identify yield and process trends.
• Complete required safety training, work safely in varied environments, and respond appropriately to potential hazards.
• Participate in shift pass down and cross-functional communication to ensure production continuity.

Success depends on effective communication, strong organization and time management skills, proficiency in working independently, and flexibility with responsibilities and shift schedules.

MinimumRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Availability for 12-hour shifts (3 days on/4 days off and 4 days on/3 days off), with flexibility to move between shifts or work overtime as needed. Ability to work Night shift.

Ability to wear cleanroom garments (approximately 20%, depending on department) and occasional PPE such as chemical aprons and face shields (~1% of the time).

Proficiency in applying AI technologies such as Copilot, Claude, etc.

Preferred Requirements:

Associate degree or equivalent experience, technical certification, military training, or applied coursework in science, engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.

Experience demonstrating well-adapted execution, data-driven work, or process adherence in manufacturing, laboratory, cleanroom, or other high-reliability environments

Experience with process monitoring, data interpretation, or Statistical Process concepts (training on Micron-specific systems will be provided upon hire)

Experience in using Artificial Intelligence tools like MS 365 Copilot, Claude etc
