Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Process Technician to maintain production, safety and quality on a 12-hour shift (2-2-3). You will operate the process, help manage materials, and support plant reliability.

You will backfill staffing, participate in weekly maintenance, and use SAP PM and SAP BW for maintenance data. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Maintains mechanical knowledge to support plant operations and safety procedures.
• Keeps up-to-date with process technician qualification requirements and training.
• Ensures continuity among teams through clear action documentation and information sharing.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by following WPO procedures and housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Process to ensure efficiency, safety, productivity and environmental compliance.
• Backfill call offs and events to address staffing issues.
• Support planning and scheduling with the WCO Pillar Board; complete PMs and inspections.
• Operate loader to stockpile and feed raw materials; ensure process stability.
• Attend weekly maintenance meetings and assist with housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Clean and maintain plant and equipment; assist with grounds keeping as needed.
• Support Kaizen events and journey mapping activities.
• Address plant DT events, troubleshoot root causes and communicate needs for resources.
• Use SAP PM to create work requests and track maintenance history.
• Adjust devices and control instruments as needed.
