WIND TUNNEL Process Technician Duties And Responsibilities

  • Part Marking
  • Mixing Touch Up
  • Operating Fogger Booth
  • Operating Chiller
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • **Quality Responsibilities**
  • DFT Readings
  • Holiday Testing
  • Mil Checks
  • Paint Touch Up
  • Visual Inspection
  • **PM and 6S Responsibilities**
  • OPM-036 Fogger Booth
  • Wind Tunnel Area

  • Outside Chiller Area

WRAP Process Technician Duties And Responsibilities

  • Wrapping Skids
  • Scanning Skids Panels, Decks, Bottoms
  • Label Skids Job, Skids, Weights
  • Moving Skids
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • **Quality Responsibilities**
  • Taking Pictures of Shipping Labels
  • Visual Inspection

Process Technician Skills And Specifications

  • Ability to safely operate a fork truck
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and

memos.

  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure first

quality of work.

  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with

people in the course of work.

  • Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight

deadlines.

Process Technician Education And Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) or equivalent combination of

education and experience.

Process Technician Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of Process Technician, the employee is

continually required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or

feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance;

stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is occasionally required to

crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift

and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the

job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral

vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Process Technician Work Environment

While performing the duties of Process Technician, the employee is

exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; extreme

cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is

usually loud.
