Job summary

You will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to validate new processes and ensure adherence to standards. The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of production equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Vocational Certificate or Associate's Degree or equivalent, relevant experience preferred.
• Journeyman’s certificate or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain manufacturing process parameters.
• Collect, analyze, and report process performance data.
• Support yield improvement and quality initiatives.
• Investigate process-related issues and identify root causes.
