Now Hiring: Process Technician – Medical Grade Plastics | 12-Hour Shift Schedule | Brand New Facility
Are you a seasoned Process Technician ready to make an impact in a cutting-edge healthcare manufacturing environment? We’re working with a growing leader in the medical manufacturing industry that just opened a state-of-the-art facility and is looking to add key team members to support their engineering group.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role working alongside process engineers on new project launches for major healthcare clients. If you're driven by innovation and want to be part of something meaningful, this is your chance!

Schedule:
This position follows a rotating schedule, with 12-hour shifts (AM: 7 am–7 pm or PM: 7 pm–7 am) with every other weekend off.
Role Highlights:
Set up and validate new molds and processes (IQ, OQ, PQ)
Troubleshoot and optimize injection molding processes
Support continuous improvement alongside engineers and tooling teams
Must have experience in medical-grade plastic injection molding (5+ years)
Ideal Candidate Has:
5+ years as a Process Technician in a regulated, high-volume plastics environment
Experience with mold validations, developing work instructions, and process documentation
Familiarity with RJG/Kistler instrumentation and IMM robot programming preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on shift
This is a direct-hire, permanent role with hourly pay in the $25–$36/hour range, depending on experience.
