Nordson Medical, a global leader in Interventional Solutions, Fluid Components, and Surgical Solutions, is seeking a Production Associate I to join our manufacturing team in the United States. You will set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machinery in a continuous production environment, contributing to efficient batch production.

Responsibilities include monitoring controls, performing in-process quality tests, maintaining batch records, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Maintains accurate inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing.
• Completes and updates batch records and production documentation.
• Identifies, reports, and addresses equipment malfunctions or process abnormalities.
• Makes minor equipment adjustments and repairs as needed.
• Works in accordance with established safety and quality standards.

• Performing in-process quality tests (e.g., hardness, weight, pH, moisture content) to confirm that products meet required standards.

• Identifying, reporting, and addressing equipment malfunctions or process abnormalities.
• Making minor equipment adjustments and repairs as appropriate.
• Performing all work in accordance with established safety, quality.

• Maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing
• Completing and maintaining up-to-date batch records and production documentation
• Identifying, reporting, and addressing equipment malfunctions or process abnormalities
• Making minor equipment adjustments and repairs as appropriate
• Performing all work in accordance with established safety, quality
