SUMMARY: The Process Technician I plays a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant processes. Responsibilities include overseeing the startup, operation, and shutdown of equipment, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on safety and teamwork, willing to contribute to the ongoing success of our renewable fuel production.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work environment is based in the control room of a manufacturing plant, with frequent mobility through all areas of production. This position will be exposed to all outside climate conditions. The noise level varies widely within different areas of production.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to move from place to place to all areas of production. Must be able to climb ladders or platforms. Must be able to wear all safety and production related equipment.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: Thursday to Wednesday, 12-hour shifts. Day shift: 6 AM to 6 PM. Night shift: 6 PM to 6 AM. On call coverage will be rotated on a 3-week rotation with other process technicians on shift. Occasionally, overtime and/or changes in schedule will be required as special circumstances arise.
