Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing process and support for assigned area(s).
• Safely set up production processes in assigned area.
• Run production processes meeting safety, quality, delivery, and throughput goals.
• Help perform required preventative maintenance.
• Help create and maintain process sheets.
• Troubleshoot production process independently or with team members, leadership, or manufacturing engineering.
• Complete Day by Hour boards and Team Improvement boards as appropriate.
• Identify good and bad parts and perform required rework with support from Technician, leadership, or manufacturing engineering.
• Implement process improvements and non-safety related improvements as appropriate.
• Participate in high performance teams.
