Onsite: This position requires an employee to be on-site on a full-time basis (4, 10's Monday-Thursday).

We seek a highly motivated individual who thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates problem-solving leadership, and can work with limited oversight. Our ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, follows sequencing, and has basic computer skills.

The Role: The Process Technician is responsible for fitting and installing automotive components, using error-proofing equipment, torque guns, and assembly tools, with safety as a priority. You will stay updated on current product development and trends. Most decisions are made independently, and you may guide teammates as needed.

What You'll Do:

  • Use assembly tools and processes daily
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot during vehicle builds
  • Read automotive process documents and drawings
  • Support achievement of deliverables
  • Manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:

  • HS diploma with relevant work experience, technical training, or certifications
  • 5 years of automotive experience in vehicle/component assembly

Note: Role subject to U.S. export control restrictions. Candidates must be U.S. persons or eligible non-U.S. persons for export control purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree
  • Armoring or military experience
  • 2+ years of experience with machine shop fabrication, automotive assembly, or prototype vehicle builds
