Job summary

Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors is seeking a Process Technician to support vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, and injection molding operations in Fountain Inn, SC. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, document results, and communicate deviations to the team to resolve problems quickly.

You will also maintain equipment documentation, manage DartNet-based process controls, and ensure adherence to quality standards to maximize production of saleable parts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to vacuum forming, adhesive spraying, or injection molding processes, or related equipment.
• Document and communicate with Process Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, and Shift Supervisor the results of problem solving, and any deviations from established methods or procedures that may be necessary to resolve specific issues.
• Maintain documentation for process equipment such as reference sheets, monitoring sheets, waterline diagrams, gate seals, rheology graphs, robot programs, adhesive spray patterns, DartNet templates, etc.
• Manage process controls for injection molding using DartNet system tools.
• Maintain knowledge of acceptable quality standards established by the quality department to ensure maximum production of saleable parts.
