This is a hands‑on, physically active manufacturing role ideal for candidates with experience in production, manufacturing, machine operation, and material handling.

• Perform minor mechanical maintenance and equipment adjustments.
• Complete production reports and manufacturing documentation.
• Support production and manufacturing operations as needed.

Process Technician – Manufacturing Production – Up to $20.50/hr – Tecumseh, MI – Temp to Hire

Process Technician Location: Tecumseh, MI Industry: Manufacturing / Production Pay: Up to $20.50/hr Employment Type: Temp to Hire Shift Availability Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift, with current hiring needs focused primarily on 2nd and 3rd shift.

Shift Schedules

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM — $19.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM — $20.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM — $20.00/hr

Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed. Currently working 1 Saturday per month based on production demands.
