NCS Global is seeking a Process Technician to support operations in our New Hampshire facility. You will help with inspections, testing, refurbish, repair, and shipping, and you will create and maintain work instructions while leading PFMEA activities to reduce manufacturing risks.
You will also perform time studies to support financial and capacity models, train staff on 5S principles, and ensure BOMs and process routings are current. Regular on-site attendance is required.
Summary
Provides process technical support for all site functions and processes, including visual inspections, functional test, cosmetic refurbish, repair, and receiving/shipping of product. Specific tasks include creation and maintenance of work instructions, PFMEAs, operational risk assessments, operation/function time studies (feeding both financial and capacity models), 5S, and systems maintenance for bill of materials (BOMs) and process flow routings.
Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
