Menasha Corporation is seeking a skilled injector operator for 2nd shift to coordinate setup of injection molding machines, molds, and materials. You will work under the shift foreman to meet production schedules, start machines, troubleshoot processes, and ensure quality and safety on the production floor.
You will diagnose issues, optimize processes, and communicate any production-related concerns to relevant teams.

Under direct supervision of the shift foreman assists in coordinating the setup of injection molding machines, molds, materials, and their processes.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
