Masimo in Irvine, CA seeks a Process Technician to support service operations and process maintenance, including development, documentation, calibration, maintenance and testing of procedures and equipment.

You will perform root-cause analysis, support training, calibration, and continuous-improvement initiatives while ensuring documentation and schedules are properly managed.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in the medical industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong hands-on skills with ability to perform detail-oriented work with high accuracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three years of related experience in the medical industry.

• Strong ‘hands-on’ skills, with ability to perform detail-oriented work with high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have flexibility in reacting to new situations and adaptability for working in a new environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Post high school education, technical certificate, military technical training, trade school or apprenticeship.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25 - $32 Per Hour plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience and internal equity.

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking and use of hand and power tools. Daily use of a computer and other computing digital devices is required. May stand, sit, or crouch for extended period when facilitating equipment repair or service. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
