Motus is seeking a hands-on Process Technician to set up, start-up, diagnose and maintain process controls on all equipment. You will monitor production, follow schedules and lead downtime troubleshooting.

You will also assist with process changes, create waterjet recipes, start-up after mold changes and support continuous improvement activities.

Formación

• Associates degree or Technical Degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in a process technician environment
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Ensure work cells are correct after mold changes
• Assist with process changes as necessary
• Create new waterjet recipes for new tools

• Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot molding processes
• Identify and recommend improvements and support CI activities
• Support Process Engineer in resolving product non-conformity issues
• Ensure procedures and processes are followed

We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on problem solver who is excited about taking Motus to the NEXT level. The Process Technician will be responsible for setting up, start-up, diagnosing and maintaining process controls on all equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency, including collaboration with quality department to ensure part meets all quality and performance specifications
• Follow production schedule to maximize uptime
• Lead downtime troubleshooting
• Ensure all work cells are correct after mold changes
• Assist with process changes as necessary
• Create new waterjet recipes for new tools or tools moving from one line to another
• Start-up processes after mold changes
• Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot molding processes and problems
• Identify and recommend improvements and support all company continuous improvements activities.
• Support Process Engineer in resolving product non-conformity issues
• Ensure procedures and process followed by all employees

Requirements

• Associates degree or Technical Degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in a process technician environment
• Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
• Demonstrated leadership skills
