Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in the United States seeks a Production Operations Specialist to monitor daily production lines, track experiments, and verify machine parameters to ensure stable processes.

You will perform shift handovers, complete pre-shift checklists, patrol lines for quality and safety, monitor SPC, respond to abnormalities, and maintain 5S in the work area while collecting and archiving data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor ’ s degree or above (or equivalent). Preferred majors include Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductors, New Energy, or Optics-related fields.
• Experience: Preference given to candidates with solar or semiconductor industry experience; Willing to wear cleanroom suits, gloves, and masks during work; Training in process flow, quality control (e.g., SPC), and production and operations management.

Responsibilities

• Shift handover: Attend daily shift handover meetings, arrive at the work site 5 minutes in advance, and conduct handover briefings on shift indicators, abnormalities, and machine operation status.
• Pre-shift checklist: Complete records and archiving of checklists for all processes; if results are outside range, confirm start time and notify engineer to verify impact; if values fail to meet standards, notify equipment team for assistance.
• Production line patrol: Inspect incoming material appearance, machine alarm information, material Q-TIME, 5S conditions, tooling/fixtures use, and equipment operation specs; provide feedback and complete related records.
• SPC monitoring: Conduct daily SPC monitoring, record results, and adjust as needed when abnormalities occur.
• Workshop abnormality response: Respond to machine alarms, material appearance issues, and SPC abnormalities; provide feedback and corrective actions to other departments.
• Track the entire process experiment lifecycle, record key parameters and observations, and systematically archive data.
• Daily work report: Compile daily reports including SPC data, rework data, root causes, abnormality logs, and handover notes.
• Machine maintenance: Assist with maintenance and verify post-maintenance machine conditions and parameters meet process requirements.
• On-site safety and emergency response: Act as first responder to on-site incidents, manage control/containment, evacuation, and reporting.
• Maintain 5S management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the workspace.
• Other tasks assigned by management.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Shift handover: Attend daily shift handover meetings, arrive at the work site 5 minutes in advance, and conduct handover briefings on shift indicators, abnormalities, and machine operation status.


• Pre-shift checklist: Complete records and archiving of checklists for all processes in accordance with the checklist document. If the check results are outside the set range, confirm the start time and notify the engineer to verify the impact; if the actual values fail to meet the set standards, notify the equipment team for assistance.


• Production line patrol: Inspect incoming material appearance, machine alarm information, material Q-TIME, workshop 5S conditions, proper use of tooling and fixtures, and equipment operation specifications. If requirements are not met, provide timely feedback to relevant department personnel for adjustment and improvement, and complete related form records.


• SPC monitoring: Conduct daily SPC monitoring, record test results, and make timely adjustments if abnormalities occur.


• Workshop abnormality response: Respond promptly to machine alarms, incoming/outgoing material appearance issues, and SPC abnormalities; respond to other departments ’ requests with feedback and corrective improvements.


• Track the entire process experiment lifecycle, record key parameters and experimental observations, and systematically collect and archive data.


• Daily work report: Compile daily reports including shift SPC data, rework data and root causes, abnormality logs, shift handover notes, and process indicator ratios.


• Machine maintenance: Assist with production equipment maintenance, and verify that post-maintenance machine conditions and parameters meet process requirements.


• On-site safety and emergency response: Serve as the first responder to on-site incidents (personnel injuries, disputes, minor gas/chemical leaks, water leaks, etc.), including on-site control, initial containment, evacuation coordination, and reporting to prevent escalation.


• Maintain 5S management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in the work area.


• Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
