Job summary

MLC is seeking a Process Technician to safely manufacture, handle, and load lime slurry products while supporting plant operations and continuous improvement.

In this role you will operate plant machinery, monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with a team to maximize efficiency and reliability. A High School Diploma and 1–2 years in manufacturing are preferred; overtime and heights work required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, and respond to call-ins as plant operations require.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and work at heights.
• Ability to perform general maintenance activities and operate industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload lime slurry and pneumatic tanker products for customer shipments.
• Wash, inspect, and prepare liquid tankers for loading operations.
• Operate plant machinery, mobile equipment, and production systems.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Support equipment maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects.
• Initiate maintenance requests and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and comply with safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize plant efficiency, production, and reliability.

About the Job

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manual transmission vehicles.
