Responsibilities

• Take readings at midnight as required (gas readings, inventory, tank transfers).
• Conduct daily plant walk-throughs for cleanliness and operations issues.
• Enter work requests into Mapcon system.
• Verify enzyme rates.
• Complete hourly readings and work permits.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties.
• Maintain team punch-in/out hours in Pro Data system.
• Supervise plant operations and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and environmental permits.
• Monitor quality parameters in-process and in final testing.
• Coach and counsel team members; administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed at shift end (incidents).
• Perform other duties to maintain safe, timely day-to-day operations.
