Job Overview:

The Partner Experience Specialist provides support to active process servers employed or contracted with ABC Legal Services. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, managing work distribution, and monitoring dispatched work with Sheriff Offices.

Location:

This position is remote but must be located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inquiries and resolve issues from process servers
  • Oversee distribution and dispatch of cases to process servers
  • Use Skye (in-house application) to ensure orders are dispatched and fulfilled
  • Monitor process server status to ensure they are in good standing and able to accept and complete work
  • Obtain order statuses via phone, fax, or court docket with Sheriff Offices
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and improve broken processes or inefficiencies
  • Resolve issues on the task board in Skye
Qualifications:
  • Customer service or call center experience a plus
  • Experience in tech support preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with Legal Processes is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Compensation and Schedule:

Starting Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
