Overview

ProVest is seeking Certified Process Servers in Palm Beach County, Florida. Must be a certified Process Server in Palm Beach County. Position: Independent Contractor (1099). Location: Palm Beach County, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents and update information through our mobile apps (PVLS Mobile & PSO Mobile).
• Capture GPS photos and log attempts using our proprietary mobile technology.
• Aim for five service attempts, including various times of the day and weekends.

Qualifications

• Commitment to honesty and accuracy.
• Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with mobile apps (everything is done through our proprietary app).
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
• Residence within or near Palm Beach County (preferred).
• Currently listed as a Certified Process Server in the 15th Judicial Circuit.

Ideal Candidates

Experience in private investigation, law enforcement, or process serving is a plus.

• Schedule options: 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift; Monday to Friday; Weekends as needed.
