Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking reliable process servers in Washington State to join our contractor network. As an independent contractor, you will manage your own schedule while serving legal documents in your coverage area.

Responsibilities include making timely attempts, documenting each attempt and affidavits, and following client, court, and company service requirements. We offer weekly payments, the freedom to run your own business, and team support.

Qualifications

• Previous process serving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and required insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to use mobile applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments.
• Availability to make attempts at mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel within your assigned coverage area.
• Ability to follow client, court, and company service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent and reasonable efforts to complete each assignment.
• Document each attempt accurately and provide detailed notes and affidavits.
• Coordinate with clients and courts to ensure proper service per requirements.
