Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a qualified professional to build, implement, and maintain the facility's OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and EPA Risk Management Programs (RMP) across operations.

You will coordinate with refrigeration operators, facility management, corporate EHS and Engineering Services; lead monthly PSM committee meetings; manage MOC and incident investigations; maintain documentation for all 14 elements and support training and budgeting related to PSM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with spreadsheets; ability to learn software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion handling sensitive information; audits experience a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA context and PSM/RMP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs.
• Coordinate with refrigeration operators, facility management, EHS, and Engineering Services.
• Track audits, mechanical integrity, hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
• Lead monthly PSM committee meetings with managers and staff.
• Maintain PSM bulletin board and manage MOC for applicable projects.
• Conduct incident investigations and support related training and budgeting.
