Job summary

Boardwalk Pipelines, LP seeks a Process Safety Specialist in Houston, TX to strengthen Process Safety Management and operational risk programs. The role collaborates with Operations, Engineering, and Environmental teams to embed safety into work planning and execution.

The candidate will develop metrics, dashboards, and governance for risk-informed decisions, supporting safe and reliable growth across the organization while traveling up to 30% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) and Pipeline Safety Management System (PSMS).
• Knowledge of Operational Risk Matrix (ORM) and Management of Change (MOC).
• Ability to translate safety requirements into field execution and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and execution of Process Safety and PSMS initiatives.
• Integrate process safety across planning, design, construction, operations, and change activities.
• Assist hazard identification, barrier management, risk assessments, and incident learning processes.
• Promote organizational learning from incidents and industry events.
